The Performance Improvement (PI) service line works with clients to address issues of importance to the CXO’s (CFO, COO, CIO, …). In particular, the PI service line works with its clients to address critical IT agenda challenges, such as IT value creation, IT business alignment, IT cost and operational efficiency, and the delivery of IT-enabled business solutions. The value proposition towards clients is to provide an independent advice and commitment to support them in achieving their goals, using the IT expertise combined with the relevant sector insight. PI’s major services cover: - IT Transformation: defining a business aligned IT strategy, supported by a business case and a realistic execution plan. - Enterprise Architecture: defining a vision of the IT solutions, and how to deploy and operate them. - Sourcing: defining the appropriate IT sourcing strategy, including the support in selecting and managing outsourcing companies. - Program Advisory: enabling the delivery of business and IT critical projects - IT Performance management: IT budgeting and optimization of IT investments, deployment of IT governance, IT compliance and IT security Our client is looking for a senior manager in different areas in a role of IT Advisor: - Managing client relationships at C-level, including the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities - Taking the lead in identifying client issues and proposing the most appropriate approach for the analysis - Managing as an independent advisor programs on behalf of the customer - Managing projects involving 3-5 team members in areas such as : o Definition of an IT strategic roadmap o Analysis and reengineering of IT processes o Building business cases to support investment decisions o Advise on organizational change within the IT function o IT product evaluation and IT selection o IT project management and quality control - Building compelling written findings, and presenting your opinions to a challenging client peer group - Summarizing your findings in a structured manner, both written and oral. - Managing and coaching junior team members.
